NEW BOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My new bow, PSE Bow MAdness XS
shoots at 316fps, and is only 28" in length

My old bow, while very slow comparatively and much larger was still a great bow because it got me into the sport and only cost about 10%(craigslist + 15 year old bow) of what my new bow costs.

I have only shot my new bow twice now but check out how close my groupings of arrows are already, granted this was at 15 yards but still not bad for the secound time I have ever shoot the bow.... With Hunting season starting in a few weeks I'm going to make a stong effort to shoot every day and get ready.

not bad, but need to get better, gonna start shooting at 20 yards

Your accuracy is scary. You're like Robin from the Hood.

Bow hunting is a challenge that places the hunter in primitive circumstances. The allure of hunting without the convenience and reliability of modern firearms is not necessarily for the easily frustrated. Many "easy kills" with a modern scoped rifle become something else when hunting with a bow. South carolina hunting guide

I’ve seen you’re other post regarding your first bow kill, so I can’t help but look for what bow you used. Accuracy is a key factor when it comes to using bows, and I think you made the right choice in letting go of your old bow. Trading size for speed seems logical and actually pays off in hunting.
